What happens on the first call?

We talk through what's happening, what you've already tried, and what a good outcome looks like. If we're a good fit, the next step is an assessment. If we're not, we'll tell you.

Which databases do you work with?

Oracle is our specialty, including 19c and 23ai, multitenant, RAC, ASM, and Data Guard. We also support PostgreSQL.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most database work is done remotely, through access you grant and control.

What access do you need?

Only what the engagement requires. We prefer a named account through your VPN or bastion host, and access is removed when the work is done.

How is pricing handled?

Every engagement starts with a written plan that states the scope and the cost. You approve it before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Is denrepo really free?
